Dataiyi System: Building a Sustainable Partner Service Framework

Dataiyi regards the partner service framework as a crucial foundation for business development. Focusing on both the health and exam-preparation tracks, Dataiyi continuously refines standardized operational processes, a tiered growth model, and comprehensive backend support across the entire value chain, striving to offer partners a clear, standardized, and sustainable collaborative environment. The system here refers to a business framework composed of operational mechanisms, training programs, service processes, and functional departments—rather than a single tool or isolated service.

From Newcomer Support to Team Incubation

For partners at different growth stages, DataiYi has established a progressive support pathway: starting with product-specific standardized training, combined with online and offline hands-on accompaniment, further advancing to tiered and advanced training, and supporting the incubation of partners' own teams. The Huangpu Academy provides full-stage business training, trainer development, and market enablement across themes such as team building, key talent cultivation, team incentive mechanisms, and standardized replication of systems, helping partners gradually build standardized operational methods.

For regional events and product presentations, DataiYi can provide offline support with a team of certified gold trainers, while the Brand Operations Department handles brand management and the Logistics Department ensures service support. The Business School centrally manages tasks such as student Q&A, study supervision, and academic planning follow-ups, enabling partners to focus more on front-end market expansion and client communication.

Multi-Department Coordination for a Complete Service Loop

Nine functional departments at DataiYi jointly participate in partner services: the System Office manages daily operational scheduling and standardization of processes; the General Manager's Office oversees top-level strategic planning and overall coordination; the Huangpu Academy develops and conducts training on entrepreneurial leadership mentality and advanced leadership skills, along with trainer development and market enablement; and the Brand Operations Department handles brand operations management, marketing collateral output, and building brand presence across all channels.

The Business School handles student supervision, Q&A and after-sales support, and management of offline outlets; the Administration Department is responsible for business process coordination, resource allocation, and daily administrative support; the General Affairs Department coordinates special projects and cross-department collaboration; and the Logistics Department manages event execution, material support, and logistical support for offline activities. Through clear division of responsibilities and coordinated collaboration, partners receive relatively comprehensive support in areas such as training, events, information, and services.

Oriented Toward Long-Term Collaboration

DataiYi has established a multi-level communication mechanism through weekly online industry experience sharing, offline regional monthly salons, quarterly market exchange meetings, and an annual national summit; concurrently, the Brand Department uniformly outputs compliant promotional materials and standard messaging, while the Huangpu Academy regularly conducts compliance and promotion training, and through administrative notices, specialized training, and internal official communities, synchronizes information on product upgrades, market policies, and activity updates. DataiYi aims to build a stable and transparent long-term collaboration with partners, rooted in an altruistic culture and supported by a standardized, replicable business system.
